Financial Reporting

Pre-commencement reports are produced for the projects financial instituation as a means of assuring all project requirements are met.

The report generally consists of the following information (but not limited to):

Construction Budget;
Council Development Application (DA) & Construction Certificates (CC);
Relevant Insurances;
Construction Program;
Contract Review and
Cashflow Forecast.

The report is produced prior to the start of construction upon finance approval.
